4. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your password or allow others to access your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Buyers

As a buyer, you agree to pay the listed price plus any applicable shipping fees at checkout. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Once an order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details.

6. Sellers

Sellers are independent parties responsible for the accuracy of their product listings, pricing, fulfillment, and shipping. Sellers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction. By listing products, sellers grant us a non-exclusive license to display product images and descriptions on the Platform.

Sellers receive payouts through Stripe Connect. A platform fee of 5% is deducted from each sale to cover operating costs.

7. Payments & Fees

All transactions are processed in USD via Stripe. We do not store your payment card information — it is handled entirely by Stripe's PCI-compliant infrastructure. Prices displayed on product listings are set by individual sellers.

8. Orders, Shipping & Returns

Each seller manages their own shipping and return policies. Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the seller's location. For questions about a specific order, buyers should contact the seller directly through the Platform's messaging feature.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
List counterfeit, stolen, or prohibited items
Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
Attempt to bypass payment processing
Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to access the Platform
Impersonate another person or entity

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including logos, design, and code, is owned by AfghanOnline.shop or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Sellers retain ownership of their product images and descriptions.

11. Limitation of Liability

AfghanOnline.shop acts solely as an intermediary between buyers and sellers. We are not liable for the quality, safety, legality, or delivery of products listed by sellers. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the platform fees earned on the disputed transaction.

12. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises between a buyer and seller, we encourage both parties to resolve it through the Platform's messaging system. AfghanOnline.shop may assist in mediation but is not obligated to resolve disputes. For payment-related issues, buyers may also contact Stripe directly.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at our discretion, particularly in cases of fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms. Upon termination, any pending seller payouts will be processed according to Stripe's policies.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
